If EFT is the selected method of payment, note that the payment must be cleared prior to the event or registration may be cancelled. Final registration payments made through Eventbrite include GST & Eventbrite processing fee (unless otherwise stated).
All cancellations must be notified in writing to event managers (CMI). Timeframes are as follows:
- Cancellations received up to six weeks before the event will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations received up to four weeks before the event will be refunded in full, less 25%.
- Cancellations received between four and two weeks before the event will be refunded in full, less 50%.
- No registration refunds will be made within two weeks of the event.
Alternatively, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation. The event managers must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
CMI event attendees must be appropriately covered for travel insurance, including but not limited to repatriation and medical expenses, as well as public liability insurance.
Attendees and others are advised that photographs and/or footage may be taken during CMI events and reproduced for promotional material.
